We currently have the following positions available:
Experienced Accountant – Wine Industry Expertise
To be successful in this role, you should be able to:- Prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
- Contribute to financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations
- Support and supervise junior members of the firm by providing technical advice, coaching and guidance.
- Assume accountability for multiple projects and take responsibility for the technical and budget results of teams and individuals.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with clients as well as staff members
- Build a referral network, acquire business, and develop a client base.
- At least 5 years experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized firm.
- Experience directing and reviewing the work of staff accountants
- Wine industry experience and interest
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or accounting: MS in Tax a plus
- Solid knowledge of software and technology, particularly MS Office, Excel and Word.
- Current CPA license
